Mark Jamias has been a Licensed Realtor in the Province of Alberta since 2005 and a licensed Mortgage Specialist since 2014. He is full time at both being a Realtor with Real Estate Professionals and a Mortgage Associate with Mortgage Alliance. Being in the Real Estate Industry in the last 10 years, he has created a team of Realtors, Mortgage Associates, Lawyers, Inspectors and Customer client support to achieve healthy, happy and very satisfied clients. Born and raised in Calgary, Nicole began her career in the lending institution with one of the major banks and really enjoyed helping clients with their financing needs. When Nicole discovered her passion in the housing industry in 2007, she decided to leave the banking industry to become a Mortgage Associate and to focus on her career in mortgages. This enabled her to help clients find suitable homes to live in. Initially, she mainly helped first-time homebuyers, She wanted to help clients reach their goals of owning a home and committed herself to giving proper advice and quick credit analysis. Her commitment to becoming more skilled in her experiences ensures that clients are getting the right mortgage for their own unique circumstances. Now Nicole works with a wide variety of clientele and generates terrific results with very satisfied clients.
Nicole currently works as a Senior Underwriter for the Mortgage Alliance Mortgage Group. She has the knowledge and experience to ensue you receive the best possible advice with over 10 years professional experience. Nicole is a mother of 4 children and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her kids to attend their basketball games and other sporting activities. She is also active in the Filipino community and attends events and provides donations and sponsorships for various causes. She also really loves taking her 2 daughters to Zumba classes so they can spend quality time meeting new people. In her spare time, she likes to go camping, bike riding, traveling and going to movies with her family and friends.

Heather Natividad
Heather has been in the mortgage industry for over 8 years. Her inspiration for becoming a Mortgage Professional was born after her experience obtaining her first mortgage at the bank left her feeling more like a number, than a person

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her 5 children, her partner Kris, and family and friends. She is a native Calgarian who is proud to call this city her home. Heather is also a musician and professional singer. You may have seen her perform the national anthem at Calgary Flames games in the past as she was taught music in the area of voice and keyboard for over 20 years, and she was a school teacher for over 10 years in Calgary, teaching Junior High Science and Band. It's clear that Heather has a passion for teaching and learning, and this has extended into her mortgage career.
